Our Story
Napier Repertory Players Inc is one of the longest running community theatre groups in the Hawke's Bay region
A not-for-profit organisation, Napier Repertory was founded in 1933
A variety of theatre productions are presented each year including for the Hawke's Bay Art Deco Festival; Studio Productions designed to foster growth in our adult performers and to showcase new directors; and Youth Productions developed to encourage and support young local talent to further themselves in the performing arts

Our vision: To enrich and entertain our community through the transformative power of the performing arts. We are dedicated to fostering a creative and inclusive environment where individuals of all ages and backgrounds can explore their artistic talents, share their stories, and connect with others. By producing high-quality theatrical performances, we aim to inspire a love for the arts, promote cultural understanding, and strengthen the bonds within our community.
